People traveling from Mumbai to Goa have a reason to rejoice as Indian Railways has made significant changes to the schedule of the popular Vande Bharat Express trains.

These high-speed trains offer various amenities to passengers, making the journey comfortable and efficient.

Extended Operation Days for Mumbai-Goa Route

Starting from November, the Mumbai-Goa route served by Vande Bharat Express will now operate six days a week instead of the previous three days a week schedule.

This enhancement in the schedule aligns perfectly with the upcoming festive season, allowing travelers to plan their Diwali and New Year celebrations in Goa conveniently.

Updated Vande Bharat Express Schedule

The Vande Bharat Express on the Mumbai-Goa route operates with two different schedules—one for the non-monsoon season and another for the monsoon season.

During the non-monsoon schedule, the train departs from Mumbai’s CSMT at 5:35 AM, reaching Madgaon at 1:15 PM. It then returns from Madgaon at 2:35 PM and reaches CSMT at 10:25 PM.

The train stops at various stations, including Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Khed, Ratnagiri, Kankavli, and Thivim. The ticket prices range from 1,100 to 1,600 rupees for Chair Car seats and between 2,000 to 2,800 rupees for Executive Class tickets.
