Positioned behind the Gandhi Maidan and Ashoka International Convention Centre, the Cultural Gateway stands tall, measuring 32 meters in height and 8 meters in width.
It stands taller than Mumbai’s Gateway of India, which is 26 meters high and 6 meters wide.

The Cultural Gateway features inscriptions of Emperor Ashoka and Mahatma Buddha on one side, while the other side is adorned with messages from Mahavir and Megasthenes.
While exploring this site, you’ll come across Emperor Ashoka’s message, “Respect other religions.
It enhances the reputation of your own faith.” Alongside, you can also read Mahavir’s message, “Respect for all living beings is non-violence.
