IRCTC, the Indian Railways’ tourism arm, has introduced a fresh travel package designed for tourists. This package is named the “Kashi-Gaya Holy Pind Daan Yatra.
” IRCTC is presenting this tour package to showcase different destinations within the country.
It’s noteworthy that IRCTC frequently offers various tour packages for both domestic and international travelers.
These packages allow travelers to explore different tourist and religious places at affordable prices.
The Tour Package
Duration of 8 Days
The IRCTC tour package spans over 8 days and includes a 7-night stay.
It covers the destinations of Gaya, Kashi (Varanasi), and Prayagraj (Allahabad). The tour commences from Secunderabad.
Starting Date
The tour is scheduled to start from September 26. Travelers will journey aboard the “Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train,” and they can choose between 2 AC, 3 AC, and Sleeper Class accommodations.
The tour includes visits to the holy sites in Gaya, Kashi, and Prayagraj. Similar to other IRCTC tour packages, this one also provides arrangements for stay and meals on the train.
There are a total of 710 seats available in this tour package, with 460 seats in Sleeper Class, 200 seats in 3 AC, and 50 seats in 2 AC.
Travelers can board and deboard from various stations along the route.
Tour Package Costs
The cost of the IRCTC tour package varies based on different classes. In Economy Class, the fare for two or three people is Rs. 13,900, while in Standard Class,
it’s Rs. 22,300. For Comfort Class, if two or three people travel together, the fare is Rs. 29,300. Additionally, for children aged 5 to 11,
traveling with adults in Economy Class costs Rs. 13,000, in Standard Class is Rs. 21,300, and in Comfort Class is Rs. 28,100.
