During heavy monsoons, on August 14, a 60-meter section of the railway track was damaged due to intense rainfall.
The downpour washed away the track bed beneath the railway line, leading to a halt in train services along this route.

To rectify this situation, engineers promptly constructed a new 60-meter-long bridge, investing approximately 20 crores.
