Historic Event 48 State Heads Gather for Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya

Preparations are in full swing to celebrate the Prana Pratishtha Utsav of Ram Lalla across the country.

The sacred site of Lord Ram’s birth, Ram Janm Bhoomi Teerth Kshetra, has planned a systematic approach to invite people from five lakh villages through the organizational network of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and Vishwa Hindu Parishad.

Not only has the roadmap for sending invitations to every household been prepared, but separate centers have also been established for this purpose.

Leaders from 27 Divisions in Lucknow Region to Visit Ayodhya

Apart from the 50 main centers in the country, leaders from 27 divisions (commissionerates) of all four districts in the Lucknow region will visit Ayodhya on Saturday.

Champat Rai, the General Secretary of Ram Janm Bhoomi Teerth Kshetra, mentioned that on November 5th, five kilograms of rice will be offered to Ram Lalla by each of these 200 leaders.

These rice grains are kept in 200 brass urns, and after the ceremony, the rice, along with the urns, will be distributed.

The additional rice mixed with the sacred grains will be redistributed from the division to the block (sub-district) level. A team from the local judiciary will then deliver it to the villages.

Two Crore Invitations Printed for the Occasion

Champat Rai, the Secretary of Ram Janm Bhoomi Teerth Kshetra, revealed that the distribution of the sacred rice will take place near Sugriva Fort on the Ram Janm Bhoomi Path at 12 PM on Sunday.

It was also informed that the invitation document accompanying the sacred rice has been printed in regional languages of various states.

Each of the 48 regions has printed around four to five lakh invitations. The content of these invitations has been approved by the central office of the Teerth Kshetra.

The invitation includes an appeal to participate in bhajans and kirtans in local temples during the Prana Pratishtha Mahotsav on January 22nd and to witness the Ayodhya festival through LED screens.

The chairman of the Building Construction Committee, Nripendra Mishra, will visit Ayodhya on Saturday. He will arrive in Ayodhya at 5 PM and directly offer prayers at the Hanumangarhi and Ram Lalla’s court.

On Sunday, during the first session, he will inspect the construction projects within the premises, including the path around the birthplace.

Following this, a meeting with officials from the executing agency will take place within the premises to review the progress. This meeting spans two days.

The frequency of these progress reviews has increased, now taking place every week instead of every month, to speed up the work as the date for the Prana Pratishtha ceremony approaches.

Invitations Sent to Ram Devotees Worldwide

Champat Rai, the Secretary of Ram Janm Bhoomi Teerth Kshetra, announced on Friday that invitation letters related to the Prana Pratishtha Mahotsav of Ram Lalla on January 22, 2024, have been sent to Ram devotees worldwide through social media.

The letter appeals to everyone to participate in the Prana Pratishtha ceremony where the new idol of Lord Ram will be consecrated in the sanctum sanctorum of the new temple.

The letter also urges people to gather in their local temples for devotional songs and prayers from 11 AM to 1 PM on the auspicious day of January 22.

People are encouraged to spread the live broadcast of the Ayodhya ceremony through LED screens and other means.

Devotional Activities and Celebrations on the Auspicious Day

On this day, starting from sunrise till noon, people are encouraged to gather in temples, recite devotional hymns, and participate in prayer sessions. Additionally, a collective chanting of the victory mantra “Shri Ram Jai Jai Ram” 108 times is suggested.
