The South East Central Railway has set up 88 ATVMs at 55 major stations. This includes 38 ATVMs at 19 stations in the Bilaspur region, 19 ATVMs at 13 stations in the Raipur region, and 30 ATVMs at 23 stations in the Nagpur region.
Simple Steps to Purchase Tickets
To purchase tickets from the ATVM, passengers first select the station they wish to travel from, either by choosing it from a map or typing its name.
Then, they select the class of the train they want to travel in. Afterward, they need to pay for the ticket. The screen displays three options for payment: UPI, cash, or card.

For those using smart cards for ticketing, they need to select the smart card option and place their card on the machine’s sensor.
The machine will deduct the fare directly from the card. Once the payment is made, the machine prints the ticket, and passengers can collect it instantly.
Moreover, travelers using R-Wallet for payment can avail a 3% bonus on their daily and monthly ticket renewals on ATVMs.
These new machines have been designed with user-friendly interfaces, ensuring that even regular people can use them effortlessly.
Both unreserved and platform tickets can be purchased using ATVMs, making the entire ticketing process much smoother for everyone involved.
